Credit card information is required to make a reservation, full payment is due at check out. CINNAMON MORNING DOES NOT REQUIRE A DEPOSIT.
Cancellation policy: Please notify 14 days prior to arrival (30 days on holidays or on reservations of 2 or more rooms) to avoid a cancellation fee. If cancellation is made later, guests are responsible for the entire stay unless the rooms(s) can be rebooked for the same length of time. A different policy exists for Balloon Fiesta and will be discussed at the time the reservations are made.
For the comfort and safety of our guests, smoking is only permitted outdoors.
