General Notes
WEEKLY RATES: If you book a full week (7 nights), your rate will be lower than what is displayed on this online booking. When your rental is processed at our office, we will apply the lower weekly rate and recalculate your total before charging your credit card.
PET FRIENDLY POLICY: We allow well behaved, well groomed, indoor toy and small breeds only, weighing 30 pounds or less, at Maravilla, Blue Surf, and Ciboney, ONLY.
BOOKING ONLINE PROCEDURE: After booking online with us,
1. You will receive an email receipt for the charge to your card. 1/2 of your total is due today, and the balance is due 30 days before check in. If it is less than 30 days until your check in, the total amount will be charged to your credit card. If your rental is less than $600, the entire amount is due today.
2. You will receive an email with two documents attached, to be completed and returned to us within 48 hours.
3. Your check-in documents email with all addresses, directions, emergency numbers, door codes, instructions, etc. will be sent at the time of your final payment.
Note: If it is 30 days or less until your check in date, your rental is due in full, and you will receive all 3 emails now.
Note: If your rental totals less than $600, your rental is due in full, and you will receive all 3 emails now.
CANCELLATIONS: Coastline Condos gives no refunds for cancellations, no shows, or early departures for any reason. Travel insurance will be included in your total rental. Claims for legitimate cancellations will be made directly to the travel insurance company. Policy documentation will be sent to you with your rental information.
