General Notes
Rates for all rooms and suites at the Village are based upon double occupancy and do not include state and local taxes (currently 11.5%).
No children are allowed at the Village without the permission of the innkeeper prior to your scheduled arrival. An additional charge may apply (see below).
Due to the historic, irreplaceable nature of our buildings and furnishings, "NO SMOKING" or open flame of any type is allowed in any structure at the Village. Smoking is allowed only at designated areas on the grounds. Pets are never allowed under any circumstances.
No children under the age of 15 may be left unattended at any time.
All reservation requests must be confirmed by the "Village" in writing, either via e-mail or snail mail. Seven days advanced notice of cancellation is required in order to avoid a cancellation charge. Multi-night and/or multi-room stays may require a non-refundable deposit as follows: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required no less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival on all reservations of four (4) or more room nights and on all reservations during the month of October.
Charges for additional persons: Adults $20 each per night, Children $10 each per night through age 17. No charge for children age four and under, subject to the above mentioned stipulations and permission requirements.
