Reservation Deposits: * Upon making a multi-night reservation, a 50% deposit will be charged to your credit card. * This guarantees your reservation. * The remaining balance will be due 35 days prior. * Reservations made within or less than 30 days of arrival will be charged in full. Cancellations: * Should you have to change or cancel your reservation for any reason, we require at least 45 day advance notice. * Many times we hold a reservation for up to 6 - 9 months and lose many potential bookings if the dates held are cancelled. * We will refund 50% of your booking, when you cancel, IF you cancel in the named time frame. * If the entire days we held for you are re-booked (and fulfilled) we will refund the remainder of your paid amount, minus a $75 fee. * With the required amount of notice, we will refund your deposit, less a $50 cancellation fee. * Reservations cancelled less than 45 days of your reserved arrival date, will not be refunded. * If we are able to re-book your stay we will refund the re-booked portion, less the $75 cancellation fee. * Refund will take place when the re-booking has been fulfilled.
