General Notes

Cancellations:

Full payment is required for cancellations of 7 days or less. No refund will be possible due to the possibility of our having to turn away potential guests.

There is a $25.00 charge for each additional person staying in the room.

Smoking:  Siam Classic Inn & Spa is strictly a NON-SMOKING INN.
Please Note: a $200 cleaning fee per day will be charged for violations.

General Policies:

  • Check in time is between 3pm and 9pm
  • Check out time is 12 noon the next day.
  • We cannot accommodate children under the age of 10.
  • We cannot accommodate pets
  • Maximum occupancy – 2 guests per room
  • Our Bed & Breakfast is a 100% non-smoking environment.
