Availability & Reservations

• Rates based on single-double occupancy (one bed), with a minimum stay. 8.6% tax is additional. Daily rate shown on calendar does not include additional person charge of $20/person/night.
• Single night reservations are sometimes accepted with a $20 surcharge.
• Discounted weekly rate available (any seven nights) as listed on the rates page. Unfortunately, the reservation software does not calculate weekly rates at this time, so an invoice showing the weekly rate will be emailed for your review before any charges are made to your credit card.
  $60 surcharge will be added for weekly stay that includes a holiday except 12/24-Jan 5. Weekly rate not available Dec 24-Jan 5.
• Three night minimum stay for the following holidays: MLK wknd, Presidents' Day wknd, Memorial Day wknd, July 3-5, Labor Day wknd, Thanksgiving
• Smoking is allowed outside, no indoor smoking.
• Dogs are allowed at Sky Beach Cabin and Whispering Waters @ $15/dog/night $50/dog/week. No-pets policy strictly enforced at Mountain View and is a good alternative for those with allergies to dogs.
• Anyone under age 21 must be accompanied by their parent. Exceptions are made on an individual basis.
• The arrival and departure times vary with each cabin-check the individual cabin's page.

CANCELLATIONS: If a cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the first day of your scheduled arrival, no further payment is due. If a cancellation or reschedule is made with less notice you will receive a refund of 90% of the rental for the nights that are rebooked at the same rate, plus the security deposi and any add-ons such as additional people and ala carte items. All reservation changes must be acknowledged in writing by Mt Index Properties, LLC.
