General Notes
Smoking inside our cottages is not allowed - any violation of this policy will result in a fee of $250. You are welcome to smoke on your deck or anywhere outside except the dock. Guests are responsible for any damages. The property is not responsible for any theft or damage to guest property. Children must be accompanied by an adult when in the water. For the comfort of our guests, noise must be kept to a minimum after 11:00PM.

Pets: Although we love animals, we do not accept pets in July and August. Pets are welcome other times of the year. Please ask.

Deposit: A valid credit card is required for all reservations. Deposits for all reservations is 50% of the total. The minimum deposit is two nights. Deposit payable by credit card or cheque. Your credit card will be charged the remaining amount of your reservation at the time of arrival.

Cancellations: Thank you for booking your holiday at The Norsemen-Walker Lake Resort. Because of our small size, cancellations and changes affect us significantly and we have little chance to re-book cancelled reservations. Therefore, we must adhere to a firm deposit and cancellation policy. Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival date forfeit the deposit unless the accommodation is re-rented for the same time period as the original reservation. A $200.00 administration fee will apply. Cancellation made within 60 days of arrival date are liable for the full reservation costs. This will automatically be billed to your credit card.

Boating License: A valid Ontario boating license is required for anyone operating a motor boat.
