General Notes
Cancellations will be accepted 3 day's (72hrs) prior to check-in date. A $25,00 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card. All cancellations with less the 3 day (72hrs) time limit, will be held responsible for one night reservation comittment. No refund for early check out. Additional person charge $15.00 per night. Children under 12 years stay free in parents room, max. 2. Pet fee $15.00 per night. max. 2 pets. Tell us if you are going to arrive past 6:00PM. Your room may be released unless we made late arrival arrangements.
July Notes
Participants of the Vermont Summer Festival, July until August (Horseshow) are offered a special rate for long term stays. (Min. 7 days) A 25% deposit is required at time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due at check in time.
