"ONLINE RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE 24 HRS IN ADVANCE BEFORE CHECK IN DATE"

Deposits for Holidays and Season (Feb 1 - April 24) are NON REFUNDABLE.

All reservations require a 1 night deposit including tax for each week booked. This deposit is applied to the balance.

If reservations are cancelled 7 days or more out then you will receive a refund less a $50 cancellation fee. If your reservations are cancelled with in 7 days of arrival date there will be a $50 cancellation fee and the remaining deposit is held on account for 1 year from the date of cancellation. Remaining deposits can be used toward a future stay. All cancellations are subject to a $50 fee.

Cancellations made on the day of arrival forfeit the full deposit.
