General Notes
THREE NIGHT MINIMUM
The Bar N Ranch requires a three-night minimum stay. We will accommodate a request for a one or two-night stay if the request fills a gap between existing reservations

NIGHTLY RATES
All listed rates appear as single or double occupancy. Please add $25 plus tax, per night for each additional person 8 years of age and older

DEPOSIT POLICY
The Bar N Ranch requires a 50% deposit of the balance due at the time of booking. Bookings received within 30 days of arrival require full prepayment.

EARLY DEPARTURES & CHANGES IN LENGTH OF STAY
Should you shorten the length of your reservation within 30 days of arrival or choose an early departure during your stay, you will be responsible for the entire time reserved.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The Bar N Ranch requires a minimum of 30 days notice for cancellations. Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded the 50% deposit. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date are responsible for the entire time reserved and will forfeit all payments. We strongly recommend guests secure trip cancellation and interruption insurance.
