Deposit: One night at weekend rate + tax
We accept VISA, Mastercard, and Discover.
Check Policy: No checks accepted at check in. (Checks only accepted for deposit at least three weeks prior to arrival.) All balances must be paid 7 days prior to check in. At this time you will recieve an email confirmation with lock box code. NOTICE TO GUESTS..This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guest or the loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Malicious damage will be billed to guest.
Cancellation Policy: There will be a $25 cancellation fee. Balance of deposit may be applied toward a rescheduling if rescheduled at least 10 days prior to arrival date. A reschedule date must be within six months and can only be rescheduled once. Cancellation made less than 10 days prior to arrival date will forfeit the deposit.
No refunds for early checkout.
No rain checks.
Pet Policy: SORRY, NO PETS
We love our pets as much as you do, but for health reasons and the comfort of our other guests we do not allow pets.
