General Notes
A small inn such as ours is dearly affected by cancellations, and while we are sympathetic to emergencies, we appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy:
A deposit of 50% of the room rate charges is required for reservation guarantees. Cancellations prior to two weeks of your reservation will have this deposit refunded minus a $25 handling charge. Cancellations with less than the required notice defined above will be charged in full for the nights specified in the reservation ~ unless the room is re-booked, in which case the deposit will be refunded minus the $25 handling charge. Please note that a change in your reservation: late arrival or early departure is handled as a cancellation and will be charged for the nights specified in the reservation, unless changes are made to the reservation as defined above.
Our check in time is 3pm and check out is 11:00 am.
