The efficiency and apartment rates are not based on the number of people. A hearty breakfast is included in the price for all regular room rentals. Breakfast can be purchased for those enjoying our efficiency rooms. We require a five day notice of cancellation for a full refund. (Holiday reservations require a 30 day notice) Pets are allowed in certain Rooms. ($5/per night to handle extra cleaning) All rooms are non-smoking only. There is a $100 fee for smoking in the room, strictly enforced.
