General Notes
Reservations cost $85/day for single or double occupancy with $15 for each additional person. Vermont's Meals and Rooms tax of 9% is additional. Cancellation policy: a) If you cancel more than fourteen days prior to your arrival date we will either refund your deposit (less $15 to cover office fees) or bill you the $15 in the event your “deposit” was an imprimatur. b) If you cancel within fourteen days and we are able to re-book the room, we will refund a deposit, less $15.00 If we are unable to re-book the room, we cannot refund your deposit. Imprimaturs get no refund. c) Cancellation of a reservation for mid-September through October 31, and holiday week-ends, requires at least 30 days notice. d) Shortened stays (early departures) pay full amount of original booking, i.e. no cash back for early departure.
