Nightly Rates are for Single or Double Occupancy, plus 13.41% state taxes
Deposits: 1 night for stays of 6 nights or less, 25% for stays of 7 nights or more. Kona balances due upon arrival. Volcano balances due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations:
Kona: Deposit refunded less a $25 processing fee with notice 30 days prior to arrival. Deposit forfeited with less than 30 day notice.
Volcano: Deposit refunded less a $25 processing fee with 30 days notice prior to arrival, 15-29 day notice 50% refund, 7-14 days 25% refund, less than 7 days deposit forfeited.
Winter Season, Special Holidays & Events subject to 60 day notice of cancellation. (If we are able to rebook any nights, that amount will be refunded less the $25 processing fee.)
