General Notes
Deposit and Refund Policy - A deposit equal to your room charge for one night stay is required. The deposit will be applied to the last night of your confirmed reservation. Your deposit is refundable if cancellation is made 14 days in advance, minus a $25 service charge per room. Otherwise, a refund is subject to rebooking of the room minus a $25 service charge. Extended stays of a week or longer require a deposit equal to a three night stay and will receive a 10% discount on the room rate. Group reservations or Special Functions during July, August and September requires a non-refundable deposit.
