All prices are daily rates based on single or double occupancy per room.
Children 3 and under are free; extra person charge for children 12 yrs and under is half price.
We add 9.7% lodging Sales Tax to all billing
Call for group rates to rent the entire lodge/ cabin facility.
Check in time is after 3pm. Check out time is 11 am.
No smoking.
We do not allow pets in the facilities. All Four Paws Country Kennel or Rovers Ranch would love to board your animal.
Breakfast is at 8:00 am; dinner when applicable at 6:00 pm

Deposits: Summer reservations require a one night's stay deposit upon reservation.
Cancellations: Since we are holding your room reservation, we will likely turn away other guests. Because we are a family-run business with only 6 rooms and one cabin, summer reservations require 14-days notice in order to provide cardholder assurance of a refund for their Deposit paid; winter, holiday, and group reservations require 60-days notice in order to provide cardholder assurance of a refund for their Deposit paid. All cancellations are subject to a 12% handling fee to cover processing fees. For cancellations after these dates, parties are responsible for the entirety of their planned stay. However, we will make every effort to re-rent your room, and if possible, a refund of the entirety of your stay will be granted minus the 12% handling fee.
