-1 week Cancellation Notice Required for refund
-Smoking in all buildings prohibited
-No pets allowed
-"Reasonable" alcohol consumption permitted; however, "large" parties/gathering not permitted -2 NIGHT MINIMUM ON BOTH RENTALS

Our river cottage is seasonal and will be closed starting November 1st. We will reopen the cottage on June 1st; weather permitting. Thank you!
