Guest House and Cottage Policies:
Check-in 3:00 pm
Check-out 11:00 am (Check-in & Check-out times are flexible)
-1 week Cancellation Notice Required for refund
-Smoking in all buildings prohibited
-No pets allowed
-"Reasonable" alcohol consumption permitted; however, "large" parties/gathering not permitted -2 NIGHT MINIMUM ON BOTH RENTALS
