Cancellation policy: No charge if a confirmed reservation is cancelled 7 days or more prior to arrival date. If cancellation is made with less than 7 days notice, your credit card will be charged for 50% of the total reservation or 1 night's accommodation (whichever is greater), if we are unable to fill the vacancy. Pets: We love pets and have a dog and 2 cats, but if you want to travel with your pet, please discuss this with us before finalizing your plans. We try to be accommodating, but we cannot guarantee that our house will be suitable for your furry friend. A $15/night surcharge is charged for pets.
