Check-In: You may check in between 3:00-6:00 pm. To allow us time to prepare the inn for you and others, please do not check-in before 3:00 pm. If arriving after 6:00 pm, kindly call us toll free at 800-288-6491. Thank you for your courtesy.
Check-Out: 11:00 am.
Deposits: A one night deposit to your Visa, Master Card or Discover will guarantee your suite. Or, if you prefer, you may send a check in the amount of one nights' stay. We must receive it at least 14 days prior to your check-in date.
Third party payors will be charged charged in full at the time of booking.
Minimum Stay Requirements: We require a minimum two night stay or more, most of the year. The exceptions are all federally observed holidays, all weekends in October and all weekends in December, as well as any reservation that includes dates falling between December 20th and January 4th. These dates will require a booking of three or more nights.
We are open during the Holiday season and look forward to booking your reservation for you. To enable our staff to be at home with their families during the holidays, we do not offer check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. Thank you for your consideration.
Group Bookings: Bookings of three or more suites are considered "group bookings" and will require a deposit in the amount of one night stay for each room. This deposit will be charged at the time of booking.
Cancellations: Cancellations aren't fun for anyone. We understand that situations arise which make cancellations unavoidable. However, last minute cancellations are difficult to fill, because to our "off the beaten track" location, drop-ins just don't drop in.
***Please read the following carefully and understand how it applies to your particular reservation.
Two night reservations - require notice of cancellation 14 days prior to the date of arrival.
Federally observed 3-day holidays - require notice of cancellation 30 days prior to the date of arrival.
Group Bookings - require notice of cancellation 60 days prior to the date of arrival.
Holiday Reservations (all weekends in October and all weekends in December, and December 20th through January 4th) - require notice of cancellation 60 days prior to the date of arrival.
Your deposit will be cheerfully refunded if your cancellation is made within the required period.
If you make a winter reservation, please prepare for winter driving conditions. Remember, winter weather can begin as early as October, and continue through April. If you are traveling during this time, and especially if your journey takes you over mountain passes, you should carry chains with you. While our county roads and driveways are nearly always in excellent condition, there are times when the passes themselves close. We will refund deposits only if both Stevens (Highway 2) and Snoqualmie (I-90) are closed.
Smoking: The inn and grounds are smoke free.
Adults only: Run of the River is for adults (18 years or older). Suites are single or double occupancy only.
Pets: We are unable to offer accommodations for pets, but will be happy to make a recommendation for boarding your pet in Leavenworth. Please feel free to contact us for more info.
