SUGARBUSH INN AND RESORT CONDOS: Non-Holiday DEPOSIT: First night’s room rate plus taxes and resort fees are due at time of booking with a major credit card or within 7 days if paying by personal check. FINAL PAYMENT: due upon arrival. SECURITY DEPOSIT: a major credit card will be pre-authorized and an imprint taken. The security fee is $100 per bedroom. Guest will be liable for damages found upon departure. CANCELLATION POLICIES: - Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival: receive full refund on monies paid minus a 10% processing charge. - Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival:all monies paid will be forfeited.
