Applicable discounts, such as 10% week discount will be applied after receiving the reservation request, and will be shown in the emailed invoice.
Additional charges to the base rate (two people/one bed) are:
- 11.1% WA sales tax,
-$200 refundable cleaning/security deposit,
-$75 cleaning fee
-additional people $40/person/night (after the 1st two people), when allowed)

Discounted weekly (any seven nights) rate is 10% off the base daily rent. The reservation software does not calculate weekly rate, but the emailed invoice will show the discount. This discount is not available Dec 21-Jan 5.
Two dogs are allowed at Sky Beach Cabin with an additional charge. If bringing dog(s) add as ala carte item on the 1st page of the reservation request form.
Anyone under age 21 must be accompanied by their parent. Exceptions are made on an individual basis.
The arrival and departure times are different for each cabin - check the individual cabin's page.
RESERVATION: To make a reservation, please read the policies then click "make a reservation" and fill out the secure reservation request form. You will be contacted via email acknowledging receipt of your request and a direct-pay invoice. A nonrefundable 10% reservation is due when the reservation is made, with the remaining 90% due 30 days before arrival.
CANCELLATION: If a cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival date, you will receive a refund of 75% of the rent for the nights that are rebooked at the same rate, plus the full security deposit, cleaning fee and any add-ons. Cancellations made more than 30 days before scheduled arrival forfeit the 10% reservation fee.
RESCHEDULES: Requests to reschedule received with less than 30 days before arrival date of the original stay are treated as a cancellation. A reschedule can be made more than 30 days before original arrival date without a reschedule fee.
All reservation changes must be acknowledged in writing by the owner.
The security deposit is refunded within 7 days after the last day of your stay if the cabin is left clean; and there is no damage, loss, or violations of the policies/rental agreement.
