General Notes
The Swan House is
physically located in the town of Camden
and
within walking distance (10 minutes) to the
center of town.
Important Note: In
consideration for the comfort and security of
all of our guests, we are unable to accept
reservations or allow check-in if the arrival
time is past 10:00 p.m.
Maximum guest capacity per
room is two (2), with the exception of the Swan
Lake Loft Room which can accommodate up
to three (3) guests. Well behaved children
over 14
years of
age are welcome.

We are happy to make
weekend
reservations for a minimum two night stay.
One night weekend accommodations can be
arranged on a last minute or drop in basis
depending on availability.
August Notes
We are happy to make
weekend reservations for a minimum two night stay. A three night stay is
requested during the annual Lobster Festival (August 4 - 8, 2010)

During Lobster Festival Weekend (August 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, 2010) all rooms incur an additional Special Event Fee of $10.00 per night.
