Reservations may require a one-night deposit with the remainder due upon arrival. We reserve the right to charge the advance deposit at anytime prior to 1 week before arrival. Larger deposits may be required for some holidays. Deposits, minus a $20 plus tax, processing fee, will be refunded on reservations canceled more than 14 days (30 for holidays and special events, July and August) prior to scheduled arrival. Guests are responsible for the entire reservation amount on cancellations or stay reductions made 14 days (30 for holidays and special events,July and August)or less prior to scheduled arrival. Trip insurance is recommended to prevent loss in the event of a late cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances that are beyond the control of the Inn of the Turquoise Bear. Don't miss Labor Day in Santa Fe...Three night minimum stay, Fri, Sat and Sun. The Second weekend is Fiestas de Santa Fe, with the burning of Zozobra, Old Man Gloom, on the Thursday before the start of Fiesta..again a Thu, Fri, Sat minimum stay required.
