Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to arrival date for B&B reservations and 30 days prior to arrival date for rentals, or 50% of room(s) rate per night(s) will be charged to the credit card number .Same policy applies to "no shows". Please give an estimated time of arrival upon making reservation, especially for late arrivals. Holiday rates apply: Christmas and New Year's Week, Martin Luther King Holiday Weekend, President's Week and during peak foliage season and Columbus Day Weekend.
