Credit card is required to hold the reservation.
A 7-day notice for cancellation will be required. Canceling fewer than 7 days before a reservation will result in a one-night charge.
Check-in is 12:00 p.m.; check-out is 11a.m. Early check-in or late check-out must be pre-approved by management or there will be a charge for an extra day.
This is a NON-SMOKING FACILITY however smoking is allowed outside on our porches. This policy is STRICTLY ENFORCED for the health of our guests and our staff. Violation of the non-smoking policy will result in a minimum $25 service charge being added to the final bill.
Pet policy: One clean, well-behaved pet under 40 lbs. and current on vaccinations may stay in the non-carpeted area of a room. Pets are not to be left unattended in rooms. Pets must be on a leash when outside, and pets are not allowed in lobby or office area. Use area designated by management to walk your pet, and clean up after your pet. Any violation of the pet policy will result in a minimum $25 service charge added to the final bill. Housekeeping will not attempt to clean your room with the pet present so as to not make your pet or housekeeping staff uncomfortable. There is no size limit or charge for Special Assistance Dogs or Law Enforcement Canines.
