Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies
Booking Policy Two night minimum November 1 through April 30, unless minimum stay is waived by innkeeper. Please phone innkeeper to discuss availability for a one night stay. Every effort is made to prevent double bookings but they do occur occasionally in an automated reservation system. We will contact you if a change needs to be made to your reservation.
Deposit Policy A deposit of one-half the entire room rate or one night's room rate (plus applicable taxes), whichever is greater, is required in order to hold a reservation. During Pop!Tech the deposit is equal to the full room rate.
Cancellation Policy Your deposit is fully refundable, less a $25.00 processing fee, if you cancel 15 days or more before your reserved arrival date. During Pop!Tech a cancellation made 31 or more days before the reserved arrival date qualifies for a full refund minus $50.
